STEP 1
Control Box Installation

After the control box is purchased, the cat6 cable connections between the solarium devices and the computer.

The control box will be between the solarium devices and the computer.
Connected by your own
technical service.
Installation support will be
provided by us.

STEP 2
Software Installation
​
You will receive a download link from us. Installation instructions and the associated instructions will be provided by us.
On our website there are additional tools to provide you with further support. In order to be able to access your system with our remote maintenance, your computer must have a working internet connection.

SolarGenie Software requires at least the following requirements:
